We collect contact, order, delivery and enquiry information only to fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal duties. Required data may be shared only with the issuing telecom provider, network, payment and logistics providers, or lawful authorities. We do not use telecom usage data for Apanda Credit decisions without separate explicit consent.
Products are prepaid data-only eSIMs/SIMs issued by a licensed Hong Kong telecommunications provider for travel outside Hong Kong and Mainland China. They do not include a number, voice or SMS and cannot be used for person-to-person communications in Hong Kong. Network, speed and coverage depend on the local operator, location and device. Payment is completed on a hosted payment-provider page; we do not store card details. Physical SIM delivery is quoted before the card price and shipping are paid together.
Orders not yet delivered, or services we cannot provide, may be eligible for refund under the final policy. Installed, activated or used eSIMs and plans are normally non-refundable. Delivery costs and physical SIM return rules must be confirmed before payment.
We currently sell paid travel data plans only. Memberships, GO Pass, vouchers, data credit, emergency data and cashback are not offered. Referral eligibility and the final discount are shown before order submission. Apanda Credit and GOGO Card do not currently share accounts or order data.
